• Provide comprehensive insurance solutions for auto and home coverage
• Evaluate risk and confidently ask for the sale while overcoming objections
• Handle an average of 30-40 inbound calls per day in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain all necessary state licenses and manage prior carrier relationships as applicable
• Collaborate effectively with team members while working independently

• Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience with a focus on negotiation and overcoming objections
• Sales experience in insurance, retail, or banking is highly preferred; inbound sales experience is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain focus in a customer-facing role
• Strong independent work ethic as well as teamwork capabilities
• High-speed broadband internet service with specified minimum speeds is required

• Bilingual Spanish-English skillset is a plus
• Previous experience in an insurance sales role or similar customer service environment
