Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Salesperson at Colonial Life. Responsibilities include identifying and acquiring new clients, building strong relationships with business leaders, and providing tailored insurance solutions. Additional tasks involve conducting presentations on products and services, maintaining client records, and achieving sales targets through strategic growth and a consultative sales approach.

  • Sales and Relationship-Building

    Proven ability to establish trust and maintain long-term client partnerships with excellent negotiation capabilities.
  • Communication and Presentation

    Skills:

    Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver engaging product demonstrations and educational presentations.

    Ability to assess client needs, tailor solutions, and develop effective strategies to meet sales goals.
  • Time Management and Organization:
    Capacity to manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote work setting.
  • Proficiency in using sales tracking tools or CRM software.
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred but not required.
