Role Description

The K-12 Division Leader will oversee and manage all aspects of our K-12 initiatives in the state of Indiana. Responsibilities include building relationships with schools and districts, evaluating their equipment needs, providing expert guidance on solutions, coordinating installations, and delivering training and ongoing support. The role also involves managing project timelines, maintaining budgets, and representing the company at industry events. This is a full-time, hybrid role, with a combination of on-site presence and remote work flexibility.

Qualifications
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills, with experience in customer relationship management or client services
  • Knowledge of food service equipment and operations, particularly within K-12 institutions, or the ability to quickly learn technical product details
  • Project management skills, including the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple projects simultaneously
  • Sales, business development, or account management experience in commercial or institutional sectors
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in project planning and execution
  • Willingness to travel locally, as needed, within Greater Indianapolis for on-site meetings
  • Experience in the working with educational institutions is a strong advantage
