Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Agent based in Westerville, OH, with the flexibility to work from home on a partial schedule. The Sales Agent will focus on building client relationships, providing tailored insurance recommendations, and driving sales. Daily responsibilities include engaging with prospective clients, educating them about insurance options, conducting consultations, and closing sales. The role involves meeting sales targets, delivering excellent customer service, and continually improving through provided training and development opportunities.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to build relationships and address client needs effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability in Sales with a focus on achieving targets and delivering results.
  • Keen understanding of Insurance and the ability to explain policies and coverage options clearly to customers.
  • Willingness to participate in Training programs to stay informed about the latest insurance products and selling strategies.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and sales tools.
  • Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is a plus.
  • State insurance license (or willingness to obtain one) is required.
