• Source small- to mid‑sized businesses ready for a better benefits solution.
• Reach out via phone and email to spark interest.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our sales advisors.
• Keep things organized in our CRM and stay on top of follow‑ups.
• Collaborate with teammates and share best practices to hit goals.

• Sales, business development, or cold‑calling experience
• Excellent communication and confidence on the phone
• Self‑motivation, resilience, and a goal‑oriented mindset
• Tech‑savvy with a love for learning and growing

• A clear progression path with increasing base pay and bonus potential:
  • Level 1 – $47,000 base + uncapped monthly bonuses averaging $1,200
  • Level 2 – $52,000 base + uncapped monthly bonuses averaging $1,800
  • Level 3 (Senior) – $57,000 base + uncapped monthly bonuses averaging $2,500

• Fully remote (outside of GTA only)
• Uncapped bonus potential
• Every second Friday off (hello long weekends!)
