• Handle inbound calls and warm leads to consult with customers on their insurance needs
• Match appropriate coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders
• Represent the employer's brand and connect customers with the right products
• Adapt to different work environments and maintain a customer‑centric approach
• Participate in a comprehensive training program, including licensing if necessary

• 2 years of sales/service‑related work experience required; 2‑3 years preferred
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales effectively
• Excellent communication abilities for engaging with prospects and customers
• Strong analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in typing and PC skills;
  Property and Casualty Insurance License required (training provided)

• Experience in a sales environment, particularly in insurance or related fields
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Previous experience in a remote work setting
