This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Enterprise Account Executive - REMOTE. In this pivotal role, you will engage with large enterprises to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that drive value and growth. Leveraging your extensive sales experience, you'll navigate complex sales processes and execute strategic initiatives. Building lasting relationships with key clients will be essential, and your ability to clearly communicate the unique benefits of our offerings will be critical in closing deals and achieving sales goals.

You will work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to streamline customer interactions, ultimately enhancing satisfaction and retention.

Accountabilities
  • Identify and acquire new enterprise clients, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting through to closure.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with client goals and company growth objectives.
  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Conduct market research to grasp industry trends and competitor dynamics, ensuring a knowledgeable sales strategy.
  • Leverage CRM tools to monitor sales activities, manage pipelines, and accurately forecast revenue.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful solution launches, enhancing the customer experience.
  • Consistently achieve or surpass sales targets and performance benchmarks.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a consultative sales environment.
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Strong ability to build relationships with senior leadership and C-level executives.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., "Hub Spot, Salesforce") and sales enablement tools.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with a strong desire to succeed.
