Our client, located in Porto, is an AI SaaS company redefining how industrial companies make forecasting and pricing decisions. Since 2021, the 13 person team has built a decision infrastructure that connects internal enterprise data with billions of external market and supply chain signals. Large manufacturing companies already rely on this technology to drive measurable P and L impact. The company is entering its next growth phase.
Now, an Enterprise Account Executive role is being created. You would lay the commercial foundation for long term scale.
- Pipeline Creation: Build qualified enterprise pipeline from scratch through outbound prospecting and strategic targeting.
- End to End Sales Cycles: Own complex enterprise sales cycles from first outreach to signed contract.
- Executive Engagement: Engage COO, VP Supply Chain and Procurement leaders in value driven conversations.
- Technical Discovery: Translate forecasting and AI capabilities into measurable commercial impact for industrial stakeholders.
- ICP Development: As an Enterprise Account Executive, you define and refine ideal customer profiles together with the founders.
- Positioning and Messaging: Shape go to market messaging based on direct enterprise customer feedback.
- Enterprise Sales
Experience:
Proven experience selling complex technical solutions into enterprise environments. - Pipeline Ownership: Demonstrated ability to build pipeline from scratch rather than relying purely on inbound leads.
- Complex Sales Cycles: Experience managing multi stakeholder sales cycles with operational decision makers.
- Technical Commercial Mindset: Ability to translate analytical or technical products into measurable financial impact.
- Executive Presence: Confidence in engaging COO, VP Supply Chain, Procurement and similar senior stakeholders.
- Structured but Entrepreneurial

Combines analytical thinking with comfort in zero to one ambiguity. - Founder or Builder Background: Previous experience as founder, early stage employee or company builder is a strong plus.
- Industrial or Supply Chain Exposure: Experience selling into manufacturing, procurement or supply chain environments.
- Compensation Structure: Base salary between €50,000 and €100,000 depending on experience.
- 15% Uncapped ARR Commission: Direct participation in long term revenue growth with no earning ceiling.
- Zero to One Ownership: As an Enterprise Account Executive, you build the enterprise sales motion from scratch and define structure, ICP and process.
- Remote Flexibility: Fully remote possible after successful onboarding, depending on prior remote experience.
- Structured Onboarding in Porto: Initial onboarding onsite with housing and administrative support provided.
- Commercial Freedom: Full autonomy to generate pipeline and shape go to market strategy.
