- $120,000 – $220,000 Base + Unlimited commissions

The Head of ETO at HTYC builds, owns, and scales a values-aligned revenue engine, converting trust-based demand from our content, podcast, and brand into predictable, ethical, high-quality enrollments—without pressure tactics, manipulation, or founder dependency.
THE CORE MANDATEYour mandate is to design, build, and run a consultative sales system that scales with integrity.
That means:
- The right clients enroll
- Sales conversations feel human, grounded, and respectful
- Revenue outcomes are predictable and measurable
- The system functions without founder involvement in day‑day sales
This role exists to replace heroic selling with repeatable excellence.
Not “sell harder.”
But sell cleaner, smarter, and more consistently.
