Position: Area Sales Manager MENA (m/f/d)
Location: Germany

Together with our international customers, we are shaping sustainable animal production—efficient, resource-saving, and future-proof.

We are looking for you as an Area Sales Manager to expand our activities in the MENA region. If you enjoy international sales, close customer support, and sustainable solutions in animal nutrition, you are the perfect fit for us.

Your tasks are:

  • Establishment and further development of the MENA (Middle East & North Africa) sales region, as well as maintenance and expansion of key accounts and sales partners
  • Development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve sales targets, including market analysis and identification of new business opportunities
  • Planning, management, and reporting of all sales activities in the region, including preparation of the annual sales budget
  • Preparing and conducting product presentations, training sessions, and customer visits, as well as participating in regional and international trade fairs
  • Working closely with Technical Sales, Marketing, Management, and Production to provide optimal support to our customers

What we expect from you:

  • You have a degree with a focus on agricultural science, microbiology, chemistry or pharmacy, economics or veterinary medicine
  • Experience in the animal nutrition or feed industry, including at least three years in the sale of additives.
  • Fluent English skills and mandatory and, ideally, additional language skills from the MENA region.
  • Strong customer focus and enjoyment of sales and building long-term partnerships
  • Very high mobility and willingness to travel within the region
  • A pragmatic, solution-oriented approach to work and very good communication and presentation skills
  • Creativity, initiative, and a pioneering spirit in a dynamic environment
