What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Strategically plan and prospect commercial clients to drive sales
  • Build relationships and manage territory through targeted outreach and account management
  • Conduct discovery calls to consult with prospects on their business objectives
  • Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and close deals to meet sales targets
  • Maintain sales pipeline and contracts within a CRM system ()
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven success in a commercial services sales role
  • Experience selling in the commercial facilities sector
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the year

  • High business IQ with strong analytical skills
  • Familiarity with business tools like Google Workspace, Tableau, and Salesforce
