As a Transportation Wholesale Producer/Broker would you like to earn equity, not just based on the portfolio you build, but the office or region you establish? We are not talking about a private equity‑backed business with aggressive growth and unrealistic return on investment expectations; this is an employee‑owned, independent Wholesale Broker and MGA building for the future.
This firm already has deep expertise across a number of sectors including Marine, Cyber/Financial Lines, Construction, Builders Risk, Environmental, and a specialty MGA in-house.

The business already has strong links into the transportation market and has good distribution in place, yet is looking for entrepreneurial minded individuals to add to this and build out a new region.

You’ll be rewarded with a strong base salary and compensation package, plus an equity deal with timescales attached (to be discussed). You will have the opportunity to work remotely as well as help build out a new office/region.
About you- Focused on Excess Liability, Excess Casualty and Umbrella.
- Deep relationships with major XS Carriers – Gemini, Starstone, RSUI, C&F, etc.
- Ability to start and lead an office wherever you may be located and have good connections with Brokers/Agencies that use you to place their transportation business.
- Background in Transportation wholesale broking, but well‑versed in other segments such as Energy, Oil & Gas, Heavy Casualty.
- Enjoys collaboration and can cross‑sell lighter transportation risks (APD / MTC / Cargo Stock Throughput, etc.).
- A current book or production network not necessarily required – you may be an experienced Account Executive looking to build something for yourself.
