What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead and develop the Strategic Accounts sales team, including sales strategy and client relationships
  • Drive sales performance by leveraging data to improve revenue and closing ratios
  • Define and implement sales processes and metrics to enhance team performance
  • Coach the team on effective sales techniques to foster client retention and account growth
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to address challenges and achieve results for strategic accounts
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 10+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years leading sales teams
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets at the team or business-unit level
  • Experience in coaching teams through complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, particularly with senior and C-level stakeholders
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, with Salesforce experience preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Enterprise sales experience
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize impactful initiatives
  • Willingness to travel 25–50% of the time for meetings with industry decision-makers
