Mission
We are building a best‑class Commercial Team and establishing a repeatable go‑to‑market motion. We are hiring a team of high caliber Enterprise SaaS sales, marketing, and customer success professionals to thoughtfully engage VPs, General Managers, and other corporate decision makers across the Medical Device Industry. Our Commercial Team takes a proactive, consultative, and high‑touch approach when working with customers, investing heavily in pre‑sales through onboarding and training to ensure customers are on the road to success from Day 1.

Responsibilities- Developing new sales opportunities using outbound cold emails, cold calls and lead follow‑ups
- Communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities
- Answering customers’ questions, resolving their concerns and providing additional information via calls and emails
- Explaining and demonstrating the functions and features of products and services
- Maintaining and improving the database of prospects
- Researching for new leads
- Keeping up to date with product and service information and competitor offers
- Upselling products and services
- 2 to 5 years experience in Lead Generation or inside sales
- You should expect to travel approximately 50% of the time. Travel will include participation in quarterly business reviews, representation at industry events, and onsite visits with customers.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Experience working with telephones and handling multiple calls and emails daily
- Patience, time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent numeracy skills for accurate and speedy calculation of sales prices, discounts and percentages
- IT experience
You must have an eligible work permit in the USA to be considered for this position.
Acuity
MD is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, market data and may vary from the range provided. OTE salary range: $150,000 to $200,000
