Sales Representative, Inbound Remote

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs
• Match the appropriate coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders
• Represent the employer's brand positively and connect customers to the right products
• Adapt to various work environments, schedules, and customer needs as a reliable teammate
• Maintain a professional workspace and meet technical requirements for remote work

• 2-3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills necessary to close sales
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with prospects and customers
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Property and Casualty Insurance License (training provided if not currently held)

• Experience in a sales-related role within the insurance industry
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and goals
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Strong typing capabilities and proficiency in PC applications
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
