** Business Development Manager (BDM)
** to accelerate growth for our servo motor feedback and precision motion solutions across the EMEA region. In this role, you’ll bring our cutting‑edge technology to life in robotics, life science, semiconductor equipment, metrology, and more.
** Your Impact
*** Drive new business across OEMs, machine builders, and system integrators
* Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to design‑win and production ramp
* Build strong, trusted relationships with motion‑control stakeholders and expand opportunities across their portfolios
* Collaborate closely with Application Engineering, Solution Architecture, Product Management, and Marketing to deliver customer‑centric solutions
* Influence product roadmaps and help scale successful approaches across regions and verticals
* Achieve bookings and design‑win targets, supported by robust CRM management and data-driven sales execution
** What You Bring
*** Several years’ experience in B2B sales or business development within motion control, industrial automation, or electromechanical components
* Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field
* Proven hunter mentality—strong at opening doors, building pipelines, and winning new logos
* Consultative selling skills with OEMs and system integrators
* Strong technical and commercial communication skills
* CRM proficiency and comfort with modern sales tools
* Willingness to travel extensively across EMEA (50%+)
* Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field
* Experience with RBS/Lean/continuous improvement in sales execution
* Knowledge of servo systems, feedback protocols (BiSS, SSI, EnDat), environmental ratings, or precision motion stages
