• Engage with assigned customers to identify needs and align products and services to improve health outcomes
• Conduct customer business reviews and track account performance metrics to optimize vaccine purchases
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with healthcare providers through collaborative business planning
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support customers in achieving health outcomes
• Communicate vaccine clinical information effectively tailored to each customer’s needs

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of sales experience, or a high school diploma with at least 6 years of equivalent experience in a related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated aptitude for excelling in educational or professional roles

• Prior experience in a technical/scientific field or healthcare environment
• Experience in sales, account management, or customer service
• Knowledge of marketing/sales functions and operations
• Ability to analyze metrics to assess progress against objectives
• Vaccines or retail pharmacy sales experience
