Business Development Specialist - Remote

Responsibilities

• Generate new business by prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing new direct clients on a consistent monthly basis.
• Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding monthly sales and new client acquisition goals.
• Conduct outbound and inbound outreach via phone, email, and networking to build a strong pipeline of new opportunities.
• Schedule and lead introductory meetings and presentations with prospective clients to understand their needs and present company solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure a high level of service, satisfaction, and account growth.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients and manage ongoing relationships to maximize retention and expansion.
• Partner with recruiting, operations, and leadership teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful delivery for new and existing clients.
• Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and agreements to prospective clients.
• Represent the company professionally in all client and prospect interactions.
• Continuously refine sales approach, messaging, and strategy to improve close rates and revenue performance.

• Base salary plus commission
