• Define critical markets and build relationships with customers to facilitate solution selling
• Develop strategic plans for assigned accounts and promote the full range of employer offerings
• Prepare and present internal quarterly business reviews (iQ ) to drive sales and customer satisfaction
• Utilize sales tracking systems to monitor performance and maintain relationships with key suppliers
• Participate in a sales compensation plan tied to specific sales-related goals

• 5-7 years of field sales experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Understanding of the electronic components industry preferred
• Ability to develop strategic plans for assigned accounts
• Strong communication skills to articulate and execute complex strategies

• Knowledge of the assigned market/territory, particularly in the Cleveland area
• Experience with  and Oracle
• Proven ability to promote and sell value-added services and supply chain solutions
