- Direct and oversee the entire sales process for MIMO-MANET products within the US Navy market
- Establish and maintain relationships with partners and customers in the US Navy sector
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer events to support sales objectives
- Manage a robust pipeline of business opportunities and update CRM databases regularly
- Develop and maintain deep product knowledge to effectively communicate value to customers
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college; OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience
- Prior US DoD military service with demonstrated increasing levels of responsibility
- Deep understanding of US Navy procurement and related organizations (ONR, NAVSEA, NAVAIR, etc.)
- Experience leading all phases of business capture, including proposals and strategic positioning
- Must have or be able to obtain a SECRET US Government security clearance within 12 months
- Minimum 4 years of business development and sales experience in a technical field
- Demonstrated experience in autonomous military systems and strong technical acumen
- Extensive US Navy or Naval Special Warfare (NSW) experience
- Proven track record of successful sales of MANET and/or radio solutions
- Strong communication skills and experience working with resellers and distributors
