- Direct and oversee the entire sales process targeting customers in line with the company's strategic objectives
- Establish and maintain relationships with partners and customers in the United States Navy (USN) market
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer events to support sales development
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor actions impacting the company's positioning
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of MIMO solutions to effectively communicate value to customers
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college; OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience
- Prior US DoD military service with demonstrated increasing levels of responsibility
- Deep understanding of USN procurement and ONR, NAVSEA NAVAIR, NAVSUP, NAVFAC, and NIWC PEO and PM
- Solid understanding of US DoD funding and procurement cycles
- Must have clearance at SECRET level or the ability to obtain within 12 months of start date
- Minimum 4 years of demonstrated business development and sales experience in a technical field
- Extensive US Navy or Naval Special Warfare (NSW) experience
- Strong technical acumen regarding US Navy tactical communications challenges and solutions
- Track record of successful sales of MANET and/or radio solutions
- Familiarity with CRADA formulation and execution
