This is a full-time hybrid role for a Director of Federal Sales, based in Huntsville, AL, with some remote work flexibility. The individual will lead the federal sales strategy, build and grow relationships with key stakeholders in the federal government and channel partners, oversee sales operations, and drive federal business opportunities. The Director will also develop and implement plans to meet revenue goals and manage federal sales teams to ensure success.

• Proven experience in Federal Government contracting and understanding of the federal procurement process.
• Strong expertise in Sales, Sales Management, and Sales Operations, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience building and maintaining relationships with Channel Partners to enhance business opportunities.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing onsite responsibilities in Huntsville, AL, with remote work tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; advanced degree or certifications in Sales/Business is a plus.
• Experience in defense contracting or related industries is highly desirable.
