In this positionThis role will be a key player in driving sales growth through data-driven insights and business operations consulting. You will leverage your marketing, sales, and service expertise to create innovative solutions that enhance sales and build customer loyalty.
This person will need to reside in Kansas due to assigned territory where you will be working out of home office.
QualificationsYou’ll have…
- Education
:
Bachelor’s degree in business (Marketing, Management, Economics, Finance, Communications, or related field) - Experience
: 1+ years of relevant professional experience in dealer engagement - Relocation: Must be willing and able to relocate for future growth opportunities
- Travel Commitment: up to 4+ days/week, up to a four-hour drive radius, 100+ miles, potential overnight stays (i.e. Tues-Fri, and air travel as needed)
- Valid Driver’s License: Must possess a valid and unrestricted driver’s license
- Enthusiasm for and significant interest in the automotive industry
- Strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration within a unified organizational structure (ONE Ford)
- Demonstrated ability to contribute diverse viewpoints and approaches to problem-solving
- Proven ability to think creatively and generate innovative solutions

This position is a salary grade 5‑8 and ranges from $63,480‑162,120.
