Responsibilities- Be responsible for the daily operation and management of Amazon stores, including product information maintenance, order processing, customer inquiries, and after‑sales issue resolution. Ensure the store operates normally and efficiently, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Formulate sales strategies and plans for the Amazon channel, optimize the overall store operation process—including product listing and delisting management, and listing optimization (title, keywords, images, descriptions, etc.)—to enhance product exposure and conversion rates.
- Regularly collect and organize Amazon platform data, such as sales volume, traffic, conversion rate, average order value, market trend data, and customer feedback. Conduct in‑depth analysis to provide data support for sales strategy adjustments, product optimization, and operational decision‑making.
- Monitor the inventory level of Amazon warehouses, and formulate a reasonable replenishment plan based on sales data and market demand forecasting to ensure inventory turnover efficiency.
- Plan and execute various promotional activities on the Amazon platform, develop promotion plans, track activity results, and conduct reviews for optimization. Increase sales volume and brand influence during the promotion period.
- Continuously monitor dynamics on the Amazon platform, such as competitors’ product information, pricing strategies, promotional activities, and customer reviews. Conduct analysis and evaluation, and develop targeted competitive response strategies to maintain the product’s market competitiveness.
- Be accountable for the sales results of the Amazon channel, ensure the achievement of established sales targets, and continuously increase market share.
- Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to majors in Marketing, E‑Commerce or related fields.
- Possess over 3 years of sales and operation experience on the online platform, be familiar with online platform rules, algorithms and operation techniques; candidates with consumer electronics sales experience are preferred.
- Have strong data analysis capabilities, and be proficient in using backend data analysis tools and office software such as Excel; be familiar with the logic and optimization methods of advertising campaigns, with priority given to those who have successful advertising case experience.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of goal orientation and result‑driven mindset, work proactively, and possess good communication and coordination skills as well as a spirit of teamwork.
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $141,000 - $313,600 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
