What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Handle inbound calls and warm leads to consult with customers on their insurance needs
  • Match appropriate coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders
  • Represent the employer brand with integrity and professionalism
  • Adapt to different environments and schedules while maintaining customer focus
  • Participate in a 16 to 18-week paid training program, including licensing
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 2 years of sales or service-related work experience required; 2-3 years preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills for effective sales closing
  • Excellent communication abilities with both prospects and customers
  • Proficient analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
  • Property and Casualty License required after hire
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in insurance sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
  • Additional certifications related to sales or customer service
  • Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
