Telephone Sales Rep - Remote

Employer Industry: Fundraising and Telemarketing Services

• Paid training at $11 per hour (or state minimum wage, whichever is higher) for the first three weeks, transitioning to a base wage of $16 per hour with bonus potential up to $20 per hour
• Retention bonus of $500 available after 7 weeks based on performance

• Make outbound fundraising calls to solicit pledges for client projects
• Follow provided and client-approved messaging on every call
• Utilize appropriate fundraising call structures and transition phrases
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and respond effectively to donor inquiries
• Meet and maintain project goals and efficiency metrics, including occupancy and shift adherence

• Must work full‑time day shift Monday - Friday, with additional shifts during peak busy seasons
• Must reside in the continental United States
• Must own a computer that meets system requirements, a USB headset, webcam, and wired internet connection (no Wi‑Fi)
• Must have a quiet, uninterrupted workspace to ensure professional interactions
• Successful completion of a background check

• A high school diploma and/or some college education is a plus
• Minimum of 1 year of outbound sales, outbound fundraising, or outbound collections experience
