• Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social selling to generate leads in the primary care sector
• Qualify leads by understanding practice needs and assessing their fit for the employer’s value‑based care model
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted outreach strategies and campaigns
• Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities in the CRM system
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified lead generation

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role within the healthcare industry
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets

• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
• Previous experience in the healthcare sector or related fields
