Overview

Sales / Design Consultant position with Closet Factory, Delaware Valley. We are a national franchise organization providing custom storage solutions and services. Our sales territory includes the 8 southern counties of New Jersey, the 5 eastern counties of Pennsylvania, and the northern county of Delaware.

Join our team to sell and design our products directly to homeowners, builders, interior design firms, architects and engineers. We offer a flexible schedule and the potential to work from home with commission-based earnings that can exceed $100k per year. Closet Factory designs, locally manufactures, sells and installs custom closets, home offices, garage cabinetry and flooring, home theaters, pantries, bookshelves, wall beds and more.

• Sell and design storage and organization solutions for a variety of clients including homeowners, builders, interior design firms, architects and engineers.
• Engage in the full sales process from initial consultation to design and project realization.
• Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients and build long-term relationships.
• Network with trade associations and charitable groups to solicit referrals.
• Work independently and in teams as required and manage your own schedule.

• Excellent communication skills and consumer sales experience.
• Detail oriented with some concentration in design and space planning.
• Ability to work both independently and in teams.
• Ability to develop and enjoy long-term relationships with clients and solicit referrals.
• Effective networking with trade associations and charitable groups.
• Ability to develop your own portfolio of clients.
