Job Summary Brightway Insurance is seeking a Remote Bilingual Insurance Sales Specialist to join our team in San Antonio, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building community partnerships, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer service by assessing clients' insurance needs and recommending tailored policy solutions. Fluency in Spanish is a requirement. This is a fully remote role for candidates that currently reside in or near San Antonio, TX.

• Market in the local community, realtors, and business groups to establish relationships
• Quote and sell insurance products to potential clients
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction
• Analyze clients' insurance needs and offer suitable recommendations
• Explain policy details, coverage limits, and exclusions to clients
• Assist clients in completing insurance applications and paperwork
• Process policy changes, endorsements, and claims accurately and efficiently
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and policy changes
• Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate policy terms and conditions

• Active TX General Lines Agent License
• 1-2 years of Home and Auto Insurance Sales Experience
• 1-2 years of Outside Sales/Marketing Experience
• Must be 18 years old
• High School Diploma
• Fluency in Spanish
• Current residency in or near San Antonio, TX
• Sales administration, retail sales, or customer-facing experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills for data analysis and decision-making

• Base, PLUS commission
• 1st-year total earnings average $50K-$65K through a combination of base salary and commission
• Top Performing Agents in the second year can earn $65K-$75K+
