What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Build and execute Territory & Account Plans to drive account engagement and satisfaction
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to enhance account value and revenue growth
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to address unmet needs and introduce relevant solutions
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to optimize client offerings and negotiate contract renewals
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software and/or SaaS sales
  • At least 5 years of experience in account management, consultative sales, or B2B client relations
  • Strong understanding of the aviation and weather sectors
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce for tracking leads and managing pipeline

  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth through effective cross-selling and upselling strategies
  • Self-motivated with a strategic mindset and proactive approach to account management
