Position: Senior Account Executive (Remote)

Senior Account Executive — Court Reporting

Location:

New York, NY, San Francisco, CA, Sacramento, CA

Work Arrangement:
Fully remote

This role is responsible for driving new business development and expanding existing accounts within the legal services market. The position focuses on selling court reporting services to law firms while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:
  • Generating and qualifying new leads while growing an existing book of business
  • Developing client referrals and expanding relationships within assigned territories
  • Managing and maintaining a customer database and sales activity records
  • Planning and executing sales and direct marketing activities
  • Managing client matters in coordination with customer service teams
  • Conducting quality checks on service delivery and addressing client concerns
  • Analyzing market trends, pricing, and competitive offerings
  • Attending networking events, trade shows, and educational programs
  • Presenting services, negotiating agreements, and preparing sales proposals
  • Delivering product training and maintaining ongoing client communication
Required qualifications:
  • 5 to 10 years of experience selling court reporting services to law firms
  • Established contact list and proven ability to generate business within the legal community
  • Demonstrated success in sales, negotiation, and relationship management
  • Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage a sales territory and meet growth and revenue objectives
