What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Prospect and qualify new accounts, developing strategies and customer pursuit plans
  • Manage the sales process from outreach to closing, including quotes, proposals, and RFPs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to expand revenue opportunities
  • Collaborate with project delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful event execution
  • Report on sales activity and maintain an up-to-date CRM system with key business intelligence
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 8+ years of proven success in a competitive business-to-business sales environment
  • Experience in the live event industry, including virtual and hybrid events
  • Strong commercial acumen and a passion for relationship building
  • Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) software
