What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Implement company-supported sales concepts in accordance with industry and compliance standards
  • Drive substantial target premium sales through third-party producers
  • Offer point-of-sale and post-sale support while nurturing producer and client relationships
  • Cultivate and enhance relationships with independent retail producers and institutional account offices
  • Provide expert assistance in case design and collaborate with marketing teams for product recommendations
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Over 3 years of experience in life insurance sales and/or wholesaling with a focus on client engagement
  • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Self-starter with the ability to actively pursue sales opportunities and build new relationships
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of insurance products and technical planning techniques
  • Must hold any of the following designations: CLU, ChFC, CFP;
    Series 7 and/or Series 24, Series 6, Series 63, Life, Accident & Health licenses
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience working with financial advisors in institutional relationships or RIAs is a plus
