Role DescriptionAs the Sales Client Partner for UST, you will have the exciting challenge of growing and expanding business within UST’s Engineering solutions. You will acquire new logos, lead senior‑level client relationships, expand growth within the vertical, manage P&L for the top and bottom line, and ensure client success while growing the client relationship.
The Opportunity- Own all business development activities targeting the Automotive vertical in North America.
- Leverage Sales support, delivery, and marketing to ensure clear GTM messaging across accounts.
- Ensure strong client relationships, CSAT, business value realization.
- Set client expectations around the value UST will deliver and manage the team to exceed those expectations.
- Lead proposal development, contract negotiations, and strategic planning efforts.
- Monitor market trends and client needs to proactively recommend innovative solutions.
- Oversee the successful delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including engineering, architecture, and operations to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, providing timely resolution and escalation as needed.
- Ensure compliance with client governance, reporting, and performance metrics.
- At least 12 years of experience in a combination client relationship/business development role with experience in the Engineering domain.
- A strong background and experience within the global delivery service model.
- A track record you can be proud of in client relationship management, business development and sales.
- Proven track record of successfully managing client P&L of at least $30 million dollars.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and client management skills.
- Strong leadership skills and demonstrated capability of being a thought leader and thriving in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
- A proven record of building and maintaining long‑term relationships at senior (CXO and CXO‑1) levels.
- Knowledge of global delivery model (GDM) and methodologies.

Compensation Range$150,000–225,000
