Remote Sales Development Rep

Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help introduce our platform to municipalities and utilities across North America. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys targeted outbound, thoughtful discovery, and wants full ownership of their results. You’ll partner closely with an Account Executive to convert qualified conversations into first discovery meetings. Roughly 25% of your activity will come from warm or hot inbound leads, while the remaining 75% will be focused on strategic outbound outreach into clearly defined accounts.

• Execute targeted cold outbound prospecting (email, phone, Linked In) into assigned accounts
• Qualify and convert warm / hot inbound leads into initial discovery meetings
• Run first-touch conversations and set high-quality meetings for Account Executives
• Research accounts and tailor outreach based on real operational challenges
• Collaborate with AEs to align on messaging, account strategy, and follow-up
• Track activity and outcomes in CRM with accuracy and consistency

• 1+ years of SDR or outbound sales experience (SaaS or technical sales preferred)

$60k base salary + commission. 1st year OTE $90k+
