As a Sales Representative at GEICO, you’ll do more than sell insurance— you’ll guide customers to protect what matters most to them. Customer Engagement: Build rapport with inbound callers to understand and address their insurance needs, providing tailored solutions.

Pay Transparency: The starting salary for a Sales Representative is between $25.31 per hour/$51,000 annually and $34.24 per hour/$69,000 annually.
Sign-On Bonuses: $1,500 for active personal lines insurance license holders.
Evening Shift Differentials: Earn a +10% pay differential for eligible shifts.

Training 100% in-office; post training 4 days a week in office and work from home 1 day a week. - Sales associates are also eligible to participate in a performance-driven incentive compensation plan in which top performers can earn up to $60,000 annually.

Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) and minimum 2 years of customer‑facing work experience
- Associate’s Degree and minimum 1 year of customer‑facing work experience
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 3 months of customer‑facing experience
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences to build trust, retain customers, and drive policy sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem‑solving ability and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
- Enthusiasm for learning and applying new skills.
- Computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
