We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Life Insurance Agents. This is a commission-based, independent contractor position focused on educating clients who have requested information about life insurance coverage options.
This role is suitable for professionals who are self-directed, organized, and comfortable working with clients in a consultative, needs-based environment.
Responsibilities- Contact individuals who have requested information regarding life insurance
- Conduct professional, needs-based conversations to understand client goals
- Explain available life insurance and living benefit options
- Assist clients with electronic applications and follow underwriting requirements
- Maintain communication with clients throughout the application process
- Participate in training and development activities as needed
- Support with client outreach to interested individuals (no cold calling required)
- Training and ongoing support
- Fully remote work environment

Performance-based income. Earnings are performance-based and vary by individual effort and activity. Full details of the compensation structure are provided during the interview process.
This is a remote, independent contractor role and is not a call-center position. Agents work directly with clients in a professional, service-focused setting.
Requirements- Must be 18 years or older
- U.S. resident (currently hiring in the US only)
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Willing to obtain a Life & Health insurance license (we help with this)
- Comfortable working remotely with internet access
- Self-motivated and coachable
- Remote work environment
