Evening Inside Sales Call Center Agent -Remote Aesthetic Industry

Overview

Light Rx Medspa is a growing aesthetics company with locations across the country. We provide non-invasive medical aesthetic treatments designed to help our clients look and feel their best. We are looking to add another member to our Call Center Team. There is no cold calling in our company—just reaching out to those who have already submitted a request for information on our services.

This is a FULL TIME - REMOTE position.

Hours for this shift are M-F 11:30am-8pm EST. We rotate Saturdays; the Saturday shift is 9:00am-5:00pm EST. This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week. Candidates are not required to be in the EST time zone. Full training is provided.

Responsibilities include interacting with potential clients who have already expressed interest, answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing information about services. There is no cold calling.

Agents average between $22-32 per hour including their monthly bonus. Monthly bonuses average about $1,000+ and are uncapped.
