Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Sales Representative, primarily based in Cedar Rapids, IA, with flexibility for occasional remote work. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Key tasks include conducting market research, developing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service to clients.

The role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

Qualifications
  • Proven sales skills, including the ability to identify leads, negotiate, and close deals effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track performance
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the local entertainment and events industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is highly desirable
