Sales Representative - Remote

• Manage the full sales cycle to meet sales targets for new and existing business
• Identify new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding current customer relationships
• Lead account plans, budgets, and forecasts to achieve profit objectives
• Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements with prospective and existing customers
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery of targeted service levels

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or Business
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or account management role
• Must live near a major airport; role requires 50% travel
• Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to apply relevant technical knowledge
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Strong knowledge of Polyurethanes and Thermoplastic Polyurethanes
• Industry experience related to elastomers, TPU, or relevant manufacturing sectors
