Role Description

This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Sales Representative, based in New London County, CT, with some flexibility for remote work. The Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients to promote and sell Financial Square’s services. Daily tasks include engaging prospective clients, understanding their financial needs, delivering presentations, following leads, closing sales, and meeting revenue targets.

The role also involves coordination with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and offering tailored solutions to meet specific client objectives.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication, relationship‑building, and interpersonal skills
  • Sales skills, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals
  • Knowledge of financial planning, retirement planning, and tax‑related services
  • Analytical skills for assessing client needs and developing tailored financial strategies
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic office software applications
  • Proactive attitude, goal‑oriented mindset, and ability to work in a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in sales or financial services is advantageous
