What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Handle inquiries about insurance and engage with clients to understand their needs

  • Collaborate with a tight-knit team and mentors for guidance and support
  • Strive to meet sales targets while maintaining high integrity and customer satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Must demonstrate integrity and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to hustle and take initiative in a commission-based environment
  • Willingness to learn and grow from experiences
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients
  • Must be available to work as an independent contractor (1099)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service, particularly in the insurance industry
  • Familiarity with virtual meeting tools and platforms
  • Proven ability to close sales and manage client relationships effectively
  • Experience working as an independent contractor or in a commission-based role
