Employer Industry: DNA Relationship Testing

• Salary up to $16.50/hour, with a guaranteed commission of $750 for the first 3 months
• Monthly commissions based on sales achievements, with annual earning potential of $45k-$75k

• Field 30-40 inbound calls per day, providing active listening and documenting customer details
• Utilize consultative sales techniques to educate customers on DNA testing options and close sales
• Explain products and services professionally via phone, email, text message, or chat
• Maintain professionalism and sensitivity while handling confidential or emotional inquiries
• Achieve or exceed performance goals including Closing %, Revenue Per Call, and Calls Per Day

• One (1) to two (2) years of previous sales experience (retail, inside sales, or logistics)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong persuasive communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent time management and problem‑solving skills
• Proficient computer and typing skills with the ability to learn new software

• Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to handle sensitive conversations with discretion
• Ability to demonstrate and uphold the highest levels of ethical behavior and confidentiality
• Completion of HIPAA training
