This is a full-time W-2 outside sales position where your primary role is developing relationships with pre-qualified homeowners and closing sales in the home during your visit (one‑stop close).

You are not responsible for generating your own leads. Prior to your first interaction with prospective customers, 80% of the legwork has already been done for you. Our rigorous pre‑qualification process ensures our sales reps are put in the best possible position to succeed.

Your focus is simple: deliver the presentation, design the solution, and close the sale. We handle everything else — from order processing to post‑sale support and change management.

• Deliver our proprietary sales presentation to homeowners using an iPad
• Design custom bath solutions using our proprietary software
