This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior In-Home Expert based in Tukwila, WA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Senior In-Home Expert will provide personalized consultations, support, and technology solutions for customers in their homes. Responsibilities include installing and setting up AT&T services, addressing customer inquiries, delivering exceptional experiences, and offering tailored product recommendations. The role requires traveling to customer locations and working collaboratively to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

• Technical skills, including expertise in installing and troubleshooting technology and services
• Customer service and interpersonal skills to create positive and solution-oriented customer interactions
• Sales knowledge and ability to recommend products and services that meet customer needs
• Strong organizational and time management skills for managing appointments and schedules
• Experience in a similar field or related position is an advantage
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to customer locations
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• High school diploma or GED required; further education is a plus
