Humana’s Market Point organization is seeking an Associate Director, Account Executives to lead the Account Executive Team. As the Associate Director, you will define the sales product strategy for single or multiple lines of business targeting specific markets and/or business segments. This role requires a solid understanding of how organizational capabilities interrelate across department(s).

• Lead a team of approximately 15 highly specialized professional associates

• Develop key performance indicators to drive sales program effectiveness and to ensure cost efficiencies

• Provide data driven expertise and management reporting to improve sales performance and increase market share

• Develop go-to-market strategies and identify new business opportunities to increase overall sales portfolio

• Identify key areas of improvement through trend and utilization analysis

• Collaborate closely with business leaders, marketing and finance to ensure effective, strategic, and competitive sales plans

• 5+ years of relevant experience in either broker/agency relationship or sales leadership

• Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point

• Bachelor’s degree or higher

• General understanding of economic, financial, and operational concepts

• Prior management experience in a sales environment

• Prior experience working in Medicare and the health solutions industry

• You will be required to obtain your Health and Life insurance licenses within 30 days of your start date should you not already have one
• This position may require up to 25% overnight travel depending on business needs
• Commission: In addition to base salary, the targeted sales incentive amount is $50k

• At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested

• Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership

• Employees who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.

• Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.

• Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
