Overview
Job Title: Senior Account Executive - Sales
Reports To: MSD, ESD, or VP, Sales
Status: Full-Time
The Senior Account Executive is responsible for selling Viamedia.ai’s full suite of advertising solutions, including traditional television, digital, advanced advertising solutions, and programmatic. This position requires strong organizational skills, proven experience in managing and growing large accounts, and the ability to lead by example.
The role carries an annual revenue quota of $750,000–$1,500,000
.
- Manage multiple budgets across both traditional and digital media solutions.
- Retain and grow key account advertisers while driving new business development.
- Identify client marketing budgets and align incremental revenue opportunities with Viamedia.ai’s cross-platform offerings.
- Develop innovative multimedia recommendations integrating branding and performance strategies.
- Review account lists, forecasts, pipelines, and digital metrics with management on a weekly basis.
- Build strong networks within the community and broader industry.
- Participate fully in required sales training programs.
- Consistently meet or exceed all sales performance expectations related to pipeline generation, weekly client meetings, and revenue goals across all lines of business.
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and assistance to other sales team members.
- Represent Viamedia.ai professionally and ethically.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; OR equivalent experience with at least 5 years of digital sales experience.
- 3–5 years of direct media sales experience (cable, broadcast, digital and programmatic, or related).
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising, including multi-screen, video/display, social, and search campaigns.
- Proven experience identifying, closing, and servicing large accounts.
- Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to coach and support other sales team members.
- Valid driver’s license and state-minimum automobile insurance required.
Base salary plus commission structure.
Physical Requirements- Primarily office/remote work environment.
- Travel required for client meetings.
- Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
