• Identify and manage project opportunity funnel to meet and exceed sales goals and booked margin targets
• Create and execute plans to develop and manage relationships with Data Center clients
• Engage with various organizational levels to address energy resiliency and sustainability needs
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing and Product Engineering, to identify and grow opportunities
• Develop and present proposals that align with customer requirements and expectations

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or business
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to lead sales activities while collaborating with internal support teams
• Experience in US data center markets and relationships with data center developers and hyperscalers

• Experience with energy management, microgrids, and distributed generation in data center applications
• Established personal network within the energy resiliency and sustainability sectors
• Strong analytical and creative thinking capabilities
• Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills
• Flexibility to work after-hours as needed for client engagements
