The Midwest Regional Sales Manager is a remote position that will be responsible for driving strategic sales growth across biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and academic markets. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, identifying opportunities within the life sciences industry, and delivering solutions that support critical scientific and manufacturing initiatives. The RSM will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and distribution partners to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and account execution.

- Lead Sales growth and manage distributors and end customers in the assigned region:
Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota & Central Canada. - Generate revenue in the assigned accounts and territories.
- Plan and execute visits which include unidentified end users.
- Establish account and territory plans on an annual, quarterly, and/or monthly basis including preparing and delivering sales presentations.
- Contact assigned customer accounts or prospects to sell company products within a designated geographic territory.
- Maintain a sales funnel and key accounts.
- Focus on personal sales targets, new business development, maintaining current customer relationships and actively troubleshooting specific customer problems.
- Work with a variety of teams which include, but are not limited to, Customer Service, Product Management, and Marketing.

- Candidate must live in the assigned remote territory:
Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota & Central Canada. - A valid driver’s license is required;
Must be able to travel domestically and internationally up to 35% of the time. - HS Diploma or GED required; technical or business degree preferred.
- Requires a minimum of 3 years’ related experience;
Cleanroom consumables experience is highly preferred with knowledge of life science, pharmaceutical, micro-electronics, and/or semi-conductor markets. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills required with proficiency in both English and Spanish.
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies based on the customer qualification process and sales through multiple distribution channels.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suit including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks when there are multiple and conflicting demands. Must…
