WhatYou'll Bring
- 2+ years sales and account management experience with direct interaction with business customers
- Experience effectively and efficiently researching and addressing account issues
- Strong business acumen and ability to deliver client‑facing messages
- Strong problem‑solving skills/project management skills, coupled with extreme ownership of deliverables
- Ability to navigate within a matrixed environment to identify appropriate resources, build relationships, and support internal customers.
- Financial Services experience in order to articulate Trans Union's value proposition
- Previous Sales Force experience is preferred
- Previous experience with data and insights preferred
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred
- Collaborate with Client Executive in overall management of accounts to ensure client satisfaction
- Consult with Industry Executives, product owners and other matrix partners for opportunity development
- Responsible for updating various aspects of the sales opportunity in Sales Force
- Responsible for product implementation work with client
- Communicate with client users on a regular cadence to identify gaps in product usage or resolve issues
- Responsible for revenue expansion through upsell/cross‑sell opportunities
- Responsible for gathering Voice of User feedback (competitive insight, use cases) and inform Client Executive as needed
- Work closely with Sales Support team to ensure account information is up to date and execute on client requests and reporting
We are a remote position which may require occasional in‑person attendance at work‑related events at the discretion of management.

Pay Scale Information:
The U.S. base salary range for this position is $54,200.00 - $84,000.00 annually. This position is eligible for both base pay and commission earnings. Trans Union commission targets are generally 20% - 50% of base salary and may vary based on position. The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job.
At Trans Union, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job‑related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Certain positions may be also eligible for long‑term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
